AgInvestor - Farming Investment Platform
AgInvestor is a digital investment platform that connects investors with farming opportunities, enabling users to explore investment projects, review project information, and make informed investment decisions.
As a Senior Product Designer, I translated business requirements and user needs into intuitive user experiences, user flows, dashboards, and scalable UI solutions. I focused on simplifying complex investment information and creating a clear end-to-end experience for discovering opportunities, reviewing investment details, and taking action.
My Role & Responsibilities
Conducted product analysis, competitive analysis, and requirements analysis to identify business goals, user needs, and product opportunities.
Defined user flows, information architecture, feature requirements, and key product screens based on business and user needs.
Led 0-to-1 product design across UX research, interaction design, UI design, prototyping, and design system development.
Designed dashboard experiences that organized complex investment information into clear, accessible, and actionable views.
Created wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design solutions.
Developed and maintained a scalable design system, including visual styles, UI components, and interaction patterns.
Collaborated with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align product requirements, design solutions, and business objectives.
Presented design concepts and prototypes, incorporated stakeholder feedback, and iterated designs throughout the product development process.
Why are we doing this?
AgInvestor needed a clearer structure and a more intuitive experience for its core users. The goal was to establish a strong information architecture and simplify the login and dashboard journeys before moving into high-fidelity design.
The focus was to:
Make information easier to find and understand
Create a clear structure for the platform
Simplify the login and dashboard experience
Establish a scalable foundation for future features
Translate the structure into polished high-fidelity designs
How Do We Solve it?
I translated the product requirements into a structured user experience, focusing on the key steps investors need to take throughout the platform.
I worked across product analysis, user flows, UX/UI design, dashboard design, prototyping, and design system development to create a cohesive experience from discovering farming opportunities to reviewing investment information and taking action.
