Business Challenge
The founders wanted to move quickly from concept to MVP without a structured research or wireframing phase. This created the challenge of translating a loosely defined idea into a functional, investor-friendly product experience.
The Approach
I began with a competitive analysis of similar platforms to identify viable market patterns and investment flows. Through multiple stakeholder interviews, I gathered insights into the business model, investor journey, and operational process, which guided the overall design direction.
The Solution
I designed a set of high-fidelity web screens illustrating the complete user journey—from project discovery and investment bidding to account creation, portfolio management, and transaction history.
The Results
The result was a visually clear, functional MVP that allowed the founders to test and validate their concept with real users and potential investors.
