Led the design and optimization of player journeys across nine gaming brands, including Unibet, 32Red, Bingo, and Vlad Cazino, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization. Enhanced onboarding, registration, and Responsible Gaming (RG) features such as deposit limits and self-exclusion. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory flows for Source of Funds (SoF), Know Your Customer (KYC), and AML compliance, improving UX clarity and verification processes across diverse markets.
